Tell us what happened, which device you use, and the LifePsalm screen you were on. Please do not email sensitive prayer or health details unless they are necessary to resolve your request.
Email supportRestore purchases or open Subscription & Billing from LifePsalm Settings. You can also manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscriptions.
Settings can erase data stored locally on your device. For a signed-in account and server-side content, email us from the account address with the subject “Account deletion.”
Ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity.
Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private content.

We aim to respond to support and privacy messages within five business days. Legal privacy deadlines may differ depending on where you live.
